Julian Muldoon

1Group Property Advisory

1Group Property Advisory & Buyers Agents specialise in independent research, due diligence and securing residential and commercial property for medical professionals. With a focus on educating their clients, mitigating risks and optimising margins, 1Group was born from an aspiration to become innovators and leaders in the real estate space, an industry that tends to be poorly managed, with a vision to be the most trusted people in property

Julian Muldoon is Director and founding partner of 1Group. After using a buyer’s agent, himself in his early investing years and studying financial planning & real estate, Julian sought to enter the property industry with a business that would do things differently. His success with residential & commercial property acquisitions nationally and vast experience in the corporate world meant he is able to narrow in on what a great business should look like.
